They’ve done it once again, the Boulder, Colorado trio that is Robotic Pirate Monkey has produced a creepy, eerie soundscape of a track. They call it Party Animal.
We at Press Play had the pleasure of seeing this track go from a wild idea of animal noises and pitched down scary voices to a well rounded track here at Mandu Studios.
Robotic Pirate Monkey will be debuting this track on there upcoming album, “Colors in Disguise”, which is set to be released Monday November 28th, 2011.
Also, Robotic Pirate Monkey has a show at Boulder, Colorado’s Fox Theatre November 8th, 2011.
Incepted by a freshly off the playa Matt Flesher, this track was quickly brought up as possible music for an upcoming video, produced by Stept Productions.

Stept Productions is a film production company based just up the street from Press Play and Mandu Studios in Boulder, Colorado.
Founded in 2002 in Winchester, Massachusetts by Alex and Nick Martini, Stept Productions has cranked out a ski movie a year since ’02.
Renowned for their skiers wildly progressive hand rail and park jump stunts, this crew of filmers, skiers and riders have made quite the name for themselves in the mountain world.
Now, in an attempt to break into the full fledged film production world, they have decided that a music video would be the perfect place to start.
Stept is getting bigger by the day and won best Jib segment at IF3 in Montreal this past September.
