I don’t listen to much Zeds Dead anymore because most of their new material is a bit intense for my ears, but this throwback bootleg they did of Bon Iver’s Woods has the signature Zeds Dead sound while still preserving the original atmosphere of the track which sounds great in my opinion. The only part of the song I don’t like is the high-pitch synth that comes in at around one minute.

Koan Sound is one of those artists that I always stop and listen to when they release new material. Fresh off of Skrillex’s label OWSLA, the British Duo absolutely kills it on their new EP. Their sound is unique to say the least, bringing something new to the table in a rather dead dubstep scene. I can tell I’ll be bumpin’ 80′s fitness a lot in the next few days. Give it a listen!
