Dan Scheidt has been making music for years, but it was not until late last winter that Papa Skunk was truly born.

With a quick two EP release, Papa Skunk was instantly receiving booking requests and toured all over the Mid-West last summer (2011) along with many festival stops, notably a Wakarusa date.
